This place is so professional and easy to deal with , the staff are so professional from the receptionist to the doc ...they accept most insurance...Doc Ayman is so professional, good at his work, all his work is pain free and drugs free when not needed ..They also have pediatric section, using laughing gas for children who worry and its cost is reasonable than the all other clinics in dubai.

If there is less than one , you deserve it ,Doctors are talking in improper way , considering him the only orthodontist in dubai and he considered if he will appear on MBC will be professional,Receprtionist doesnt know the prices and giving you different prices if she knows that you have Esaad card , but Dr MAY , she doesnt know anything about attitude and behaving ,Not recommended at all.

Poor customer service and big falsifications in term of prices we visited the clinic yesterday and we agree that i will come for cleaning while inside we ask for prices they said 250 ok when we finish consultation i ask to reschedule for tomorrow mean today and when we are leaving we ask the reception again and she said 250 ok my husband informed her that we have ESAAD card and they said yeah we accept it with 55 % discount so when today i went to do the treatment first of all they changed the doctor she supposed to do it and when i ask that how much to pay they said 250 i said ok so how much after ESAAD card they said no we don’t give discount as this price is promotion and the receptionist said that the original price 350 how come you didn’t inform us yesterday when we ask you so why the prices changed now even after all that i said ok let me talk to the doctor when doctor May come she was very rude unprofessional i start telling her the story she stop me and start talk i said give me time to say what i have and after that you can explain she told me no i don’t want to listen 🙄i was chocked i Again told her if you will not give me my time to talk there is no use of this conversation she said ok leave oh really this is not even happening in an small shops how come this is the way of dealing with patients from an doctorsAnyway am disappointed and i don’t recommend anyone to go there the most important things for me its to feel comfortable and trusting the people who i give them my teeth to deal with and this not the case with this clinicThanks Doctor May for your way of dealing with patient
